Soroptimist International of Rockwall provides funds for women who are in need and have exhausted every other means of assistance in the community. The applicant must be sponsored by a current club member, complete an application, and be approved. Recipients of this award have used the funds for eyeglasses, dentures, a wheelchair, service animals, medical testing, and other needs.
This award was named in honor of long time member and Rockwall County native Pat Lovell.
